The EU-China Commission (EUCNC) is the founding and operating body of the World Emergency & Resilience Industry Alliance (WERIA) — connecting global technology, capital, standards and talent to co-build a Global Community for a Safe and Resilient Economy.

The EU-China Commission (EUCNC) is a non-profit international organization headquartered in Brussels — the seat of the European Union — and registered under Belgian law, recognized by the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Belgium.
EUCNC also operates representative offices in China under the Law on the Administration of Overseas NGOs, with guidance from the Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and Ministry of Education.
Since its founding, EUCNC has evolved from a bilateral EU-China exchange platform into a global convener for industry, capital and governance in the emerging field of emergency and resilience economy.
